Our meat is not Organic, but labelled as “natural beef” as the cows are raised in Uruguay and in la Pampa in Argentina in a stress free environment.
The program is based on a protocol that mainly establishes standards for food safety, traceability, animal welfare, and environmental sustainability. Animals are raised in open pastures and are grass-fed. Animal welfare practices are followed within the farm as well as in the means of transportation and the slaughterhouse premises.

For the last 2 months we’ve been engaging with our suppliers whilst we kept our menu prices unchanged, unfortunately our use of local and seasonal ingredients have not been spared by the recent increases. We regret that we have to slightly readjust our prices to reflect the increase however we have squeezed as much as possible to limit the negative impact on your wallets.
